John Legend Featured at the Evening Concert for the Global Food Security Forum
The Global Food Security Forum was a star-studded event that brought together world leaders and international celebrities to address the pressing issue of establishing food and energy security. The event was co-hosted by the Gaurav and Sharon Srivastava Family Foundation alongside the Atlantic Council. Led by Guarav Srivastava and Sharon Srivastava the event was a continuity of their commitment to addressing global challenges and promoting peace and prosperity.
One of the highlights of the event was the performance of international singing sensation John Legend, who sang a number of his hit songs and delivered a heartfelt speech about the importance of food security for everyone in the world. John Legend’s powerful voice and moving lyrics brought the audience to their feet, and his message of kindness and love resonated with everyone in the room.
“We are here tonight because we care about making sure everyone in the world has food to eat,” said John Legend. “We have everything in the world to feed everyone. We just need kindness and love”. According to Legend, even in prosperous countries like America, there are still food difficulties. That’s why he asked everyone to “commit during the G20 to solve this important issue, if there’s anything we can’t solve, we’ll solve it together,” said John Legend.
