TABLOIDSINARTANI.COM, Nusa Dua — President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) received the 2022 Global Citizen Award from Atlantic Council, a United States non-profit in Nusa Dua, Bali, on Sunday night (11/13).

 

This award was given at the closing of the Global Food Security Forum, a series of activities on the sidelines of the G20, conducted by the Atlantic Council; also supported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia,; the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment,; and the Gaurav & Sharon Srivastava Family Foundation, a foundation from the United States that helps people around the world overcome various food and energy security problems.

 

President Jokowi received this award because of his leadership in the Indonesian presidency at the G20 meeting, world peace efforts with President Jokowi’s presence in Ukraine and Russia, and cooperation to overcome the impact after the COVID-19 pandemic.
